SMP CONAIS Incident Management Terms of Use

Welcome to SMP-CONAIS-Incident-Management (“the App”), developed and maintained by ICONAIS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the App through Microsoft 365 platforms, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Use of the App
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with the operation or security of the App
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your Microsoft 365 credentials
- Ensuring appropriate access controls within your organization
- Complying with all applicable laws and company policies while using the App
3. Data Collection and Privacy
We may collect basic metadata necessary to operate and support the App (e.g., tenant ID, user ID, site URL, and telemetry data). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including design, code, and related documentation, are owned by ICONAIS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App without our written consent.
5. Support and Maintenance
The App may receive updates for performance, security, and compatibility improvements. Support is available during standard business hours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ICONAIS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if the service is discontinued.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or posted updates. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
